This role is pivotal in driving our success and expanding our reach to new, high-profile clients.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the preconstruction process, from concept to contract, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate estimates.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to align on project vision and feasibility.</li><li>Identify materials, finishes, and labor needs for custom fabrication projects.</li><li>Manage and refine the bid process, preparing and submitting competitive proposals.</li><li>Oversee RFI and RFQ processes, tracking submissions and reviewing incoming estimates.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Evaluate contracts for scope accuracy and close post-bid opportunities effectively.</li><li>Implement and optimize estimating software, cost sheets, and pricing models to improve efficiency.</li><li>Provide input on value engineering and risk assessment to optimize project outcomes.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or related roles.</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.</li><li>Experience with virtual bid rooms and ERP software (Innergy ERP a plus).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of bid processes, contract evaluation, and construction methods.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for occasional site visits.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Full-Time position</li><li>Competitive salary, starting at $70,000-$80,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Flexible Schedule and Paid Time Off</li><li>Professional Development Assistance</li><li>Paid holidays, including a week-long closure between Christmas and New Year's</li></ul>
