Learn more about us at: <a href="https://monkeyinthemetal.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://monkeyinthemetal.com/</a> What You'll Do:<ul><li>Lead on-site teams to execute high-end commercial interior projects, including retail, restaurant, office, and mixed-use spaces.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, GCs, and internal teams to translate design intent into buildable, finished results.</li><li>Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, and timelines.</li><li>Interpret drawings, specs, and custom fabrication details with precision.</li><li>Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness, and site standards are met.</li><li>Problem-solve field conditions and communicate updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee installation of custom fabricated components - wood, metal, and hybrid features.</li></ul> What We're Looking For:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods, finishes, and buildout sequencing.</li><li>Experience working with custom fabrication or architectural millwork is a major plus.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical shop drawings.</li><li>A calm, focused leader who can coordinate crews, juggle moving parts, and maintain quality.</li><li>Comfortable with tools, field equipment, and hands-on work when needed.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.</li></ul> What We Offer:<ul><li>Full-Time position</li><li>Competitive salary, starting at $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>401(k) with company matching</li><li>Paid holidays and PTO</li><li>A close-knit team that values creativity, collaboration, and craftsmanship</li></ul>
