Our Head of Sales &amp; Business Development will drive revenue across two complementary product lines: custom architectural millwork/metalwork (MITM) and presentation furniture/audio systems (KSI). This naturally self-motivated leader will expand our footprint with national general contractors in hospitality, multi-family, and commercial construction while simultaneously growing relationships with universities, cultural institutions, and corporate clients. You'll be the first dedicated sales leader, building processes and pipelines that will scale as we grow the team. About Us: Monkey in the Metal (MITM) is an aggressively growing architectural millwork and metal fabrication company specializing in custom commercial construction and high-end residential projects. In October 2025, we acquired KSI Professional, a 30-year presentation furniture and speaker manufacturer, nearly doubling our revenue and capabilities.
