The Challenge

We need a high-performance Project Manager who thrives under pressure and delivers flawless execution on complex custom millwork and metal fabrication projects. This is a demanding role for someone who gets energized by juggling multiple urgent priorities, solving technical problems, and driving projects to completion with zero margin for error.

What You'll Master

• Drive complex projects from conception through installation while managing shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and demanding clients
• Become the technical expert on our ERP system (Innergy) - mastering every module to optimize project workflows and data accuracy
• Manage high-pressure situations when fabrication issues arise, deadlines compress, or client requirements change mid-project
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously - clients, designers, shop teams, field crews, and suppliers - keeping everyone aligned under pressure
• Analyze and optimize project data, identifying inefficiencies and implementing systematic improvements
• Maintain exacting standards for documentation, approvals, and quality control - details matter in custom fabrication

What We Demand

Technical Mastery:

• 3+ years managing complex construction/fabrication projects with proven track record under pressure
• ERP system expertise required (Innergy would be a huge plus)
• Advanced proficiency with project management software, technical drawings, and specifications
• Experience with high-end millwork, custom interiors, or precision metal fabrication
